REFUND POLICY
If our software doesn't work on your system and we can't fix it, you get your money back.
The policy
Within 30 days of purchase, if the software doesn't work on your system and we can't solve the problem, we refund you in full.
How to ask
Write to support@nedsounds.com with your order number, your operating system and version, your DAW and version, and what happens. Most problems have a fix, so we'll try that first.
If we can't make it work, we refund the full price to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, and the license is deactivated.
Please write before a chargeback
A chargeback takes weeks and costs both sides fees. Writing to us is faster, and we answer every message.
Your legal rights
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under consumer law, for example if the software is faulty or not as described. This policy adds to those rights. It doesn't replace them.
