PRIVACY POLICY

The site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking. Fonts and all other files are served from our own domain.

Our host, Cloudflare, processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We don't use this data to identify you.

Purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record, under its own privacy policy. We receive your name, email address, country, order details and license key. We never see your card or payment details.

When you activate the software, it sends us your license key and a device code: an anonymous identifier generated from your computer, which tells us nothing about you or your files. We store these, with the activation date, so we can enforce the activation limit and let you move your license to a new computer.

This data is kept on Cloudflare's servers in the European Union.

If you start a free trial, we ask for your email address. We use it to run the trial, to send you a few emails about it and, when it ends, one offer to buy. Every email has a way to stop them.

When you email us, we receive your message and address and use them only to help you. Our inbox is hosted by Google, and our replies are sent through Resend, an email delivery service.

If you've bought from us, we may email you about updates to the product you bought. You can opt out at any time with the link in the email or by writing to us.

• To provide what you asked for: your license, activations, trial and support (performance of a contract).
• To keep the site and license system secure, and to tell customers about updates (our legitimate interest).
• To keep the records the law requires (legal obligation).

• Cloudflare: website hosting, email forwarding, license server and database.
• Lemon Squeezy: payments, invoices and tax, as an independent controller.
• Google: our email inbox.
• Resend: sending email.

Some of these companies are based in the United States. Transfers of personal data outside the EU rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

• License and activation records: for as long as the license exists, and afterwards only as long as needed for legal claims.
• Trial emails: deleted 12 months after the trial ends, if you didn't buy.
• Support messages: deleted within 24 months of the end of the conversation.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive it in a portable format. Write to us and we'll reply within 30 days.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, or with the authority in your own country.

We don't sell your data, share it for advertising, or make automated decisions about you. Our products are not directed at children under 14.

If we change how we use your data, we'll update this page and its date. If a change is significant, customers will get an email.
